Heather Tranquill, Instructor


Heather Tranquill has been a fitness instructor since 2008. She is certified in Yoga, Mat Pilates, Strength Conditioning and Weight Training, Personal Trainer 1, Master Personal Trainer, Sports Nutrition, Primary Aerobics, Barre, and Kids & Teen Fitness. She has worked with athletes ranging in age from 8 to 80. 

Her personal sports resume includes gymnastics, soccer, lacrosse, Equestrian, golf, figure skating/ice dancing and triathlon. Heather turned to Yoga as a way to help heal her body from sports injuries. She believes that you are never too old or too injured to start a fitness program. Her fitness motto is “Everybody starts somewhere”.
